Start melting your container wax using a
double-boiler method or by using a presto pot. While your wax is
melting, hot glue your wick to the bottom of your container (or
secure your wick via a wick-sticker). Be sure that your wick is
centered.
Once your wax has melted, add
your fragrance and yellow candle dye. You can color the wax to your
shade preference. Test your colored wax by taking a small amount in
a spoon and spill it gently onto a white paper or styro-foam plate.
Let it cool completely to judge the color.
While you are waiting for your
color test wax to cool, place your wicked container on a cookie
sheet in the oven at 170' for approximately 10 minutes. Heating your
glassware just before pouring your wax will help to prevent "drag"
lines of wax in your finished product, leaving you with a more
professional and smoother look to the candle when viewed through the
clear glass container.

When you
have the color that you desire for the pudding portion of the
candle, remove your container from the oven (use gloves!) and
re-check to make sure that your wick is still centered, if you used
hot glue to secure your wick.
Pour
your pudding portion of the candle in your glass container, leaving
at least 1/2" space to the top of the container. Let it cool
completely. Be sure that your wick stays centered.

Now that
your pudding has set up, it is time to make our meringue (whipped
wax) topping, so that we can insert our
cookies
and
bananas.

Now that you've
whipped up your meringue topping, it's time to spoon, scoop or pour it on top
of your candle. |

Now,
it's time to move quickly before your wax meringue gets hard. Insert
your
cookies like you are making a peace sign (dividing the
candle into thirds). Make sure that the fronts of the
cookies
are all facing the same direction as you place them around the
candle. |

Insert
your
banana chips in between each
cookie,
making sure to face the textured side of the
banana
in the same direction as the textured side of the
cookies.
The
reason I do this is because after
cookies and
bananas
are in place, I gently take them all and push them down at an angle
to create a swirl design. You don't have to do this if you don't
want to, I just think it gives the candle a little something extra
in presentation.
Now, it
is time to trim your wick down to approximately 1/4" above the
candle.

You have
just finished making a small banana pudding candle! Now, that wasn't
so hard, was it? Give yourself a big pat on the back! You did an
excellent job!
